WellNest Place \u2013 Class Policies, Guidelines & Waiver<\/b><\/h3>\n

Welcome to WellNest Place! We’re so happy to support you and your little one through developmental, play-based classes. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Participation & Health Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • All children must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Please do not attend class if your child or anyone in your household is sick (fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Missed classes are not refundable, but one (1) makeup class is offered per 6-week series.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Class Expectations<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Please arrive 5\u201310 minutes early to allow time to settle in.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Caregivers are expected to supervise their child throughout the class.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • We encourage minimal cell phone use during class to promote connection and presence.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Payment & Cancellation<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Payment is required in full at the time of registration to reserve your spot.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Classes are non-refundable, but a credit will be issued toward a future class series if cancellation occurs before the series begins.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • If WellNest Place must cancel a class (e.g., due to weather or emergency), a makeup class or credit will be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Photo & Video Release (Optional)<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        • We occasionally take photos\/videos for social media and promotional use.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • You will have the option to opt in or out of this release during registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk<\/b><\/p>\n

          By registering for a WellNest Place class, you agree to the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

          I acknowledge that participation in any class at WellNest Place involves physical activity for both the caregiver and child. I voluntarily assume all risks related to such participation. I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless WellNest Place, its owner, instructors, and any partnering venues from any and all claims for damages or injuries arising from participation in these classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

          I affirm that I and my child are in good health and able to safely engage in class activities. I agree to follow all safety instructions and supervise my child at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n
