CONTACT ME

Hello! I am Alejandra, I am an occupational therapist with 10 years of experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics. I graduated from York College, University of New York, and over time, my focus shifted toward maternal health and wellness, especially in the postnatal period.

Hearing from friends about the unique challenges and transitions of motherhood inspired me to pursue a career that bridges the gap in support for new parents. There’s an increasing need to return to the basics—learning how to engage with and play with little ones in ways that stimulate all their senses. This helps foster self-regulation and supports the overall development of healthy, well-adjusted children.

As an expert in developmental milestones, I’m here to provide a welcoming space for parents and little ones, guidance, and answer questions to grow together. I’m passionate about fostering connection, wellness, and empowerment for families and look forward to supporting you on your journey!
